To the truck in early (left the night before) called back twice to check in on the status and it wasn't until after 2:00 pm before they check the truck. Guess they were too busy for me. Decided not to get the truck repaired there at this time, because they always seem to be too busy and it took four (4) trips for Huffman to drive the truck. First trip (1/8/2025) I reported the noise to the service department, and they said in needed a spare tire hoist (I ordered and had them replace) Second Trip (3/21/2025) I paid $180 for diagnose test and on my third trip I had the thermostat housing and coolant sensor replaced, plus had an oil changed. On my fourth trip I returned the truck and told them again about the shuddering noise and they waited until late in the afternoon to finally test drive and confirm the is a problem with the automatic transmission and let me know it would be around $4400 to repair. Wow could believe it, the truck is a 2020 Colorado, only five years old with all these problems, not much sympathy from a Chevy dealership. I was wrong to think a dealership would be the best place to get my truck repaired.

I am not someone who complains but I was very upset about my recent visit and I won’t be coming back to have my car serviced. What I thought was going to be a $100-150 service turned into me getting an $845 invoice with no call ahead to let me know an estimate or anything. I’m a single mother who works in education I don’t have $800 sitting around and it was really hard to come up with the money. Had I been called and informed the cost I never would have had the work done on my car, which I’m guessing is why I didn’t receive a car. As a woman who has no knowledge about car services I was taken advantage of and screwed over. I’ve also told several people about my experience so they won’t bring their vehicles in and get taken advantage of also.

I was charged 7 hours for 0.2 hours worth of work and was lied to about when the car could be picked up. All I had was a simple leak in the car antenna and it took over a week. I’ve come to realize as well that they didn’t need to replace the whole antenna and could have just saved me money and patched the leak. Instead they decided to charge me more and increase their work time. They lied to me saying the antenna had to be painted and that would take at least 2-3 days to complete but when I came to pick it up early because I needed the car back it was miraculously complete. The leak was fixed but there was still a bit of water at the bottom of my car and the paneling was sticking out a bit. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

I made the appointment and explained that when I purchased this vehicle I had 1 year of free oil changes with the vehicle, after pulling up my account the man scheduling the appointment replied "yes mam". My son brought the car in for me and was charged $49.90 and no other work was requested. I have rated the service with the maintenance excellent. The charge I received was poor customer service and misleading at the time of the purchase of this vehicle.

The Sonic was leaking something and we wanted that fixed, of course. Preliminary inspection pointed to the thermostat housing, but when work started, it was found to be the output radiator hose assembly. I felt the charge for this repair was too high (doesn't everyone?) and can substantiate some of it, but here's the thing . . . I need a repair facility to help me keep my vehicles running. Nathan worked with me on the vehicle issue and came up with a resolution that I was very satisfied with. I had made purchases from the Huffman dealerships over the years and was always happy with my purchases, but this dealership is hands down the best outfit I have ever encountered. Enjoy the comfortable waiting room, helps pass the time and allows for people to catch up on emails and other electronic tasks, it would help to have a few more USB/charging stations. Being met in the garage as I pull up is a plus, staff is always friendly. The app has a way to check the status of the work being done but the only status update that we get is ARRIVAL until all the work is done. The inspection/Service/Final Touches stages are never updated until it is time to pay and I don't think each step is updated.

I rated your dealership with 3 stars because I had no reason to believe that my oil change and new wiper blades are not sufficient. My criticism is of service adviser Darko Hemrekovic. I will never go back to your dealership if I have any dealings with him again. He was so aggressive in trying to force work on my car which was not necessary. I am 77 and I don’t know if that made him feel that he could force unnecessarily work on my car or what. He was insisting that I needed to do suggested work for when a car turned over 25,000 miles. My Equinox does not have nearly that number of miles. He tried to be “ polite “ in the most demeaning manner. I was so angry that I almost left without having my scheduled maintenance done. He definitely needs educated on the appropriate way to deal with women and senior citizens. He was offensive and disgusting. If getting maintenance done at Frankfort Huffman’s means dealing with him, rest assured I will be going to Dan Cummins where my daughter takes her Trax. Thank you for taking this criticism in advisement.

I have owned this 2019 GMC Acadia SLE (VIN: 1GKKNLLS4KZ119150) since the middle of June 2021. It would be safe to say that the following issue had been going on for about the last two years. As a matter of transparence, I did purchase this vehicle, used. While having been made well aware before this last time to the service department. Finally, Neil Huffman has resolved the "Shifter Wiring Harness" issue I was having with my 2019 GMC Acadia SLE. For well over a year after driving this vehicle and turning off the engine, it would start chiming and displaying an "Action Required. Shift to Park." message on the dashboard. This chiming when it occurred would go on for a few seconds to as long as one hour in duration prior to getting it into the service department to be worked on. On prior occasions when I took the vehicle to the dealer's service department regarding the issue, the problem wouldn't appear even though it had been chiming and displaying its action required message for me several minutes before. From Friday August 29, 2025, to September 10, 2025, I did not drive this SUV because the last time I did the chiming went on for an hour and I didn't want to get stuck out somewhere with it going through that condition. On Wednesday September 10, 2025, when I took the SUV to the dealer for service it performed in rare form. As Booby the service writer walked up to me and the SUV in the service lane it was chiming like crazy. He was able to experience exactly what I had been going through for a very long period of time. The dealership replaced the $155.00 faulty "Shifter Assemble" and returned the vehicle to me after paying the $849.91 service invoice. While I requested to hold onto the defective part, I was informed that Shifter Assemble would be sent back to GM for analysis and hopefully redesign. After doing some minor research I discovered that this issue is a known problem to General Motors (GM), the GMC brand, and other parts of the GM company as a whole. My research revealed that GM from 2015 to 2019 had issued a recall on Acadia's (which covered this SUV) to be returned to the dealerships to have the "Shifter Assembly" replaced at no cost to the customer. That service was not performed on this particular vehicle (VIN: 1GKKNLLS4KZ119150) until September 10th and 11th of 2025 at my expense. At the time of dropping the vehicle off for repair and retrieving it after the work had been completed, I mentioned to Bobby the service writer that the problem seems to be atmospheric heat related. This "Shifter Assembly" issue seems to occur when the outdoor temperatures are at and/or above 80 degrees Fahrenheit. It is my opinion that this event should be escalated to whoever is responsible in the General Motors Corporation and that I should be reimbursed for this unusual known to the manufacturer costly expenditure. GM has resources where they can contact owners of their products and notify them of issues no matter how many times the product has changed hands over its lifetime. Other people have had this same service performed on their vehicles free of charge to them. I feel that I should not be treated differently. it was mentioned in the email from Neil Huffman that my response to this survey could be sent up the chain to various people in the GM Corporation for review and that they could possibly contact me. Since May 2011, I have been the proud owner of three GMC vehicles and currently have two in possession. Therefore, I look forward to receiving a response from corporate regarding this issue.

First, everybody at the dealership has always been good to me and very professional and tries to help. 5 star My problems are in lack of clarification or services available. I brought my GMC denali ultimate 3500 DRW for 1st service - oil change, tire rotation, factory radio reset and/or software update and tire pressure set correctly. I was told the dont do DRW tire rotations, but would do the front wheels. I bought this vehicle after asking this very important question from sales staff. (After sharing with staff they were just as stunned as I was) I may not have completed purchase knowing I couldn't get vehicle fully serviced at dealership - kinda defeats all service in one place. Tire pressure not corrected, radio not reset, (gmc system down couldn't check software) obviously no tire rotation. Disappointed as its a 35 min drive one way and now I have to bring it back again. The staff was always kind and my salesperson remembered me asking rotation question and asked his manager for answer we recieved. Of yes they did that.
